People who have shipped and run real systems and want to work directly with the people who use them. You will build the systems established businesses run on, connect the ones that do not talk to each other, and stay on to run what you build. Security is part of the job, not a separate department.

Former consultants, analysts and operations people who would rather see a recommendation through than hand it over. You will spend time with clients, work out what is actually holding the operation back, and shape the fix with the developers building it.
- Spend time on site, mapping how work really flows and where it stalls
- Turn what you find into a short written plan with costs attached
- Help clients choose systems and suppliers, including open source options
- Stay through delivery, working alongside the developers building the fix

One team
Business and technology people on the same problem at the same time. Nobody hands a plan over the wall for someone else to deliver.
